Hi all!

So I had to share this wonderful new place my boyfriend and I drove up to this Saturday. Originally we planned to trek around Sleepy Hollow, NY for some pre halloween festivities. However, our itch to get some local produce from a farmer’s market drew us up the road about 3 miles beyond the town limits and into Pocantico Hills, NY. There we found Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture a non-profit sustainable farm-to-table style agricultural center where the food you enjoy in the cafe and restaurant is grown on their 80 acre farmland. Their mission is to improve the way America eats and farms and functions as an example of how farm-to-table sustainable agriculture operates. You can walk through their pastures, see their livestock, indulge in their produce and fresh pastries and a buy gifts in their farmhouse style gift shop.

As always thanks for stopping by ya’ll!!
